Bailey McCaul has been helping buyers and sellers in the Central Michigan area since 2012. Her biggest attributes are; honesty, attention to detail, and her tenacity to assist her clients in achieving their real estate goals. Also active in her local Association, she serves as a current member of the Education Committee since 2014 and serving as chairperson in 2015. Bailey is a Designated Realtor with the National Association of Realtors, which acknowledges her as a real estate professional who adheres to a strict code of ethics in her practice. She is a long-term learner, enjoys advancing her own knowledge, and helping fellow Realtors expand their own. Earning an associate's degree in nursing, she worked as a RN for seven years before switching careers to real estate. She also is an alumna of Ferris State University, graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors and a Bachelors of Integrate Sciences with minor in marketing and advertising.

Bailey’s goal for her career in 2016 was to earn her Accredited Buyers Representative and Sellers Representative designations, which she did accomplish. Next on her goals list is to achieve her Real Estate Brokers license. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, enjoying all Michigan has to offer as a four-season outdoor sports enthusiast. Her husband is a 20+ year experienced residential and light commercial contractor, and together they enjoy renovating their centennial home in downtown Mt. Pleasant.
